What Youll Do

Youll be the face of the customers flooring project meeting homeowners in their space understanding their vision and budget and guiding them to the flooring solution that fits both. Youll work both company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities using your expertise and consultative approach to close with confidence.

What You Bring

35 years of in-home/outside flooring sales experience
A hunters mentality paired with strong relationship-building instincts
Sharp communication negotiation and problem-solving skills
Comfort presenting and speaking with confidence in front of clients
Self-motivation coachability and a competitive drive
Comfort with basic sales tracking/reporting tools
A valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Availability for evening and weekend appointments
