- Create work instructions for machine installation and demolition.
- Prepare job packages in accordance with established processes and procedures.
- Participate in hazard identification and hazard analysis in a nuclear facility.
- Serve as the primary contact between the organization and the customer requesting machine installations: interfaces with technical support groups such as Engineering Industrial Safety Industrial Hygiene and others to obtain input to proposed job methods.
- Sequence work activities and develops a job plan to achieve these tasks for work execution.
- Ensure work permits are obtained if required to perform the job.
- Ensure the necessary materials and supplies specified in job packages are available in a timely manner.

- High school diploma: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- OR Associates degree: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- In addition the applicant must meet the requirements of DOE O 426.2A: (i.e. High School diploma; or a DOE O 426.2A alternative).
