Job Title: IFS / iPipeline Developer
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in IFS (an iPipeline product) service request management deployments and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with related modules and proficiency in iGrafx workflows to streamline business processes and ensure seamless system integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support IFS/iPipeline product implementations across business units.
- Handle service requests and ensure timely resolution in line with SLAs.
- Oversee deployment activities including planning execution and post-deployment support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize related modules.
- Design document and maintain workflows using iGrafx for process automation and efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance troubleshooting and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in system management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of IFS/iPipeline product suite.
- Experience in service request handling and deployment management.
- Familiarity with related modules and their integration points.
- Proficiency in workflow design tools particularly iGrafx.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in financial services or insurance domain.
- Exposure to process optimization and automation projects.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices for service management.
