As part of the iCup service team its your responsibility to ensure all Apple employees have access to freshly brewed coffee in their break room. As a route operator youll be responsible to sanitize clean restock and manage up to 90 bean-to-cup coffee are seeking a detail-oriented organized and independent worker to join our team as a iCup Supply Specialist to manage a large portfolio of bean-to-cup coffee machines distributed throughout Santa Clara Valley.n

The iCup Supply Specialist will ensure our business partners have access to fresh coffee and break room supplies. nIts up to you to maintain the customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day routine will consist of refilling coffee beans and supplies and cleaning the food contact surfaces within the machine. You will experience running a route answering service calls and communicating with building managers and admins. This role will report to the iCup Service Supervisor.n

High School DiplomanKnowledge of safe food handling and safety practicesnRoute or delivery experience (1-3 years)nCustomer service experience (1-3 years)nWarehouse / grocery experience (1-3 years)nDrivers License - youll be driving between sites therefore a license with a clean MVR is to lift up to 50 poundsn
