The Training and Development Manager develops and implements company-wide training and development programs; manages the activities and operations of training department and staff.
Requesting a highly motivated and detail oriented individual with an active DoD Secret security clearance - seeking opportunities to lead teams and collaborate as a program analyst in the DoD Cyber Space
Demonstrates a strong work ethic and accountability to high-level executives through periodic briefings on sensitive and confidential matters.
Assemble multi-step IA/IAWIP Packages; Provides guidance for the identification and categorization of positions and certification of personnel conducting Information Assurance (IA) functions within the DoD workforce supporting the DoD Global Information Grid (GIG) per DoD Instruction 8500.01; to include the DCWF - DoD Cyber Workforce Framework establishing the DoDs authoritative lexicon as defined in DoD Directive (DoDD) 8140.01.
Ability to evaluate interpret and recommend updates to policy roles & responsibilities for adoption of current cybersecurity and IA programs resulting in improved functionality compliance and the reduction of internal threats/cyber security risks
Identify and provide solutions to cybersecurity program functionality while adhering to USTRANSCOM Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) requirements and detailed reporting standards of the Department
Conduct in-depth analyses of project data for mandatory DoD ancillary training.
Assist CIV MIL CTR personnel and senior leadership with any (LMS) Learning Management System-related questions/concerns.
Proficient in Power Apps - SharePoint Microsoft Office applications Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint
