Position: IAM (Identity & Access Management) Cybersecurity Project Manager
Location: Texas (Onsite/Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced IAM Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead Identity and Access Management initiatives across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will manage IAM projects coordinate cross-functional teams ensure compliance with security standards and drive successful delivery of identity governance privileged access and authentication solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end IAM projects from planning through implementation and support.
- Manage project scope timelines budgets risks and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate with Security Infrastructure Application Compliance and Business teams.
- Drive implementation of IAM SSO MFA PAM and Identity Governance solutions.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies audit requirements and regulatory standards.
- Track project milestones and provide executive-level status reporting.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support vendor management and third-party security integrations.
- 8 years of IT Project Management experience with at least 4 years in Cybersecurity/IAM projects.
- Strong understanding of:
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- User Lifecycle Management
- Access Certification & Compliance Reviews
- Experience managing enterprise IAM platforms such as:
- SailPoint
- Okta
- CyberArk
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Ping Identity
- Experience with Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as:
- NIST
- ISO 27001
- SOX
- HIPAA
- PCI-DSS
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira ServiceNow MS Project and Confluence.
- PMP PgMP or Agile/Scrum certifications.
- CISSP CISM or Security certification.
- Experience in cloud security environments (AWS Azure GCP).
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
