We are seeking an experienced IAM Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead Identity and Access Management initiatives across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will manage IAM projects coordinate cross-functional teams ensure compliance with security standards and drive successful delivery of identity governance privileged access and authentication solutions.

• Lead end-to-end IAM projects from planning through implementation and support.
• Manage project scope timelines budgets risks and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with Security Infrastructure Application Compliance and Business teams.
• Drive implementation of IAM SSO MFA PAM and Identity Governance solutions.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies audit requirements and regulatory standards.
• Track project milestones and provide executive-level status reporting.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support vendor management and third-party security integrations.

• 8 years of IT Project Management experience with at least 4 years in Cybersecurity/IAM projects.
• Strong understanding of:
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • User Lifecycle Management
  • Access Certification & Compliance Reviews
• Experience managing enterprise IAM platforms such as:
  • SailPoint
  • Okta
  • CyberArk
  • Microsoft Entra ID
  • Ping Identity
• Experience with Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as:
  • NIST
  • ISO 27001
  • SOX
  • HIPAA
  • PCI-DSS
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira ServiceNow MS Project and Confluence.

• PMP PgMP or Agile/Scrum certifications.
• CISSP CISM or Security certification.
• Experience in cloud security environments (AWS Azure GCP).
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
