Hyperscale Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

Account Coordination

• Partner with the Lead Account Manager to support day-to-day account management
• Track action items deliverables and timelines across multiple projects
• Ensure follow-ups are completed and priorities are executed

Client Engagement

• Maintain regular communication with client stakeholders and general contractors
• Respond to requests provide updates and ensure clear communication
• Support a consistent and reliable client experience

Revenue & Opportunity Tracking

• Monitor changes in scope and flag potential additional work
• Support development of proposals and pricing inputs
• Maintain visibility into active and upcoming opportunities

Internal Alignment

• Coordinate with internal teams (operations engineering recruiting finance) to move work forward
• Communicate client needs clearly and ensure alignment across teams
• Track progress and follow through on outstanding items

Salesforce & Reporting

• Maintain accurate account activity opportunities and notes in Salesforce
• Support pipeline tracking and basic reporting

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in account management sales or a client-facing role
• Experience supporting large or complex accounts (data center construction infrastructure or similar preferred)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on deliverables
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams
• Proficiency in Salesforce
