Were looking for an experienced well-rounded HVAC Technician who is comfortable handling residential service calls preventive maintenance and system installations.

This isnt a position where youll be limited to doing the same thing every day. We need someone versatile technically skilled and confident working independently across different types of HVAC jobs.

Our office is located in Port St. Lucie but the majority of your work will be in Stuart and the surrounding communities.

Youll have the opportunity to work on a variety of equipment solve challenging problems and build lasting relationships with customers who appreciate quality workmanship.

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems including complex mechanical electrical and refrigeration issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance system inspections and tune-ups.
• Install and replace residential air conditioning systems and associated components.
• Troubleshoot low-voltage and high-voltage electrical systems.
• Install and repair refrigerant piping including brazing and proper refrigeration practices.
• Perform ductwork modifications repairs and installations as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance comfort efficiency and reliability.
• Educate customers on their HVAC systems and provide honest practical recommendations.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate effectively with customers and the office.
• Keep your assigned company vehicle tools and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to assist customers with urgent HVAC needs.

• 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience with a strong background in residential service maintenance and installation.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and confidently handle a variety of HVAC jobs.
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting refrigerant circuits and system installations.
• Knowledge of modern HVAC equipment including variable-speed and communicating systems is a plus.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Trade school education or additional HVAC certifications are a plus.
• Experience using ServiceTitan is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
• A positive attitude strong work ethic and pride in quality workmanship.
