HVAC Technician

Location: Latham NY
Compensation: $70000$110000 annually Sales Incentive Eligibility
Job Type: Full-Time Direct Hire

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our Latham NY operations team. This position will be responsible for maintaining troubleshooting repairing replacing and operating commercial HVAC systems across a variety of facilities.

• Maintain troubleshoot repair replace and operate commercial HVAC systems.

• Diagnose equipment issues and perform necessary repairs and maintenance.

• Follow all safety policies procedures and required PPE guidelines.

• Interact professionally and courteously with customers and facility personnel.

• Maintain a clean professional appearance and work environment.

• Work effectively within a small team environment.

• Attend required safety training.

• Work overtime and weekends as needed based on business demands.

• 5 years of commercial HVAC experience.

• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

• Familiarity with current communications technology.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Valid drivers license required.

This position requires frequent walking standing climbing ladders and stairs reaching bending kneeling crouching crawling and working in various positions. Candidates must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. frequently 51100 lbs. occasionally and 101 lbs. on rare occasions.
