We are hiring an experienced HVAC Technician III to support commercial and industrial facility operations. This role is ideal for a skilled technician with strong troubleshooting abilities and hands-on experience maintaining complex HVAC systems and building automation controls.

What Youll Do:

• Perform preventative maintenance troubleshooting and repair of HVAC systems
• Maintain AHUs ACUs VAVs heat pumps boilers chillers and ventilation systems
• Diagnose and repair building automation and control systems
• Monitor refrigerant systems pumps valves piping and chilled water systems
• Conduct inspections equipment rounds and system performance checks
• Maintain logs PM records and maintenance documentation
• Support chemical water treatment programs and equipment efficiency
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards
• Work closely with maintenance teams and CMMS scheduling processes

What Were Looking For:

• 8 years of HVAC maintenance experience in industrial or commercial facilities
• Strong experience with HVAC controls and mechanical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and refrigeration systems
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and CMMS systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• HVAC technical certification or state-approved HVAC license
• Universal Refrigeration License required
• Valid drivers license
• Must be at least 21 years old
