HVAC Technician

$27$32/hour Full-Time

Are you the person everyone calls when the AC isnt working We want you on our team.

Colleton River Club is looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our Facilities Maintenance team. Youll be the go-to expert for keeping our heating cooling refrigeration and mechanical systems running smoothly across the property.

What Youll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot service and repair HVAC systems including heat pumps split systems cooling towers chillers and building automation systems.
• Maintain refrigeration equipment coolers freezers compressors condensers fans and coils.
• Service and maintain ice machines.
• Assist with pool heaters plumbing drinking fountain chillers and other facility systems when needed.
• Manage and complete work orders using a mobile work-order system.
• Spot problems take initiative and fix things before they become bigger problems.
• Work independently while being part of a team that takes pride in keeping the property running at its best.

What You Bring

• HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
• Active EPA certification
• Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
• A dependable get-it-done attitude
• Ability to safely work from ladders and lift up to 75lbs.
