What Youll Do

• Lead manage and mentor a team of HVAC Technicians
• Foster a culture of safety quality accountability and continuous improvement
• Drive division performance through goal setting reporting and team development
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to increase service maintenance and replacement opportunities
• Partner with operations dispatch and customer service teams to optimize scheduling and communication
• Improve efficiency through route optimization workflow improvements and technician performance tracking
• Serve as the subjectmatter expert for residential HVAC systems installations and service
• Stay current with HVAC codes regulations (EPA local/state) and emerging technologies
• Ensure toptier service quality system performance and customer satisfaction
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and technical expertise

What Youll Bring

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in residential HVAC
• Strong knowledge of heating cooling and ventilation systems (installation maintenance diagnostics)
• Ability to inspire coach and develop technicians at all skill levels
• Commitment to delivering exceptional homeowner experiences
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue efficiency and quality goals
• Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective presentation and training skills; comfortable leading team meetings
• Confident decisive communicator in a fastpaced goaldriven environment
• Familiarity with service management software and dispatch systems
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)

• Pay: $100000 $125000 annually (plus performancebased bonuses)
