We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Selling Residential HVAC Technicianto join our growing team. This role combines technical expertise with sales ability helping homeowners make informed decisions about their HVAC systems.

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Recommend and sell system upgrades replacements and maintenance plans.
• Provide clear honest communication with homeowners about system performance and options.
• Collaborate with dispatch and sales teams to ensure efficient scheduling and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate service and sales documentation.

• Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to upsell or close service-related sales.
• EPA Certification required; NATE Certification preferred.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
