Job Description:
As a HVAC & Plumbing Account Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients promoting our services and driving sales growth. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities nurturing leads and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through networking & old fashion handshake approach

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Understand clients HVAC & Plumbing needs and offer appropriate services and solutions.

• Prepare and present sales proposals to clients addressing their specific requirements.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals.

• Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless execution of projects.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

• Consistently monitor industry trends competitor activities and market developments.

• Coordinate with General Manager to develop and execute strategies to drive sales enhance profitability and improve customer and employee satisfaction.

• Uphold our commitment to excellence delivering exceptional service to clients and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Company Requirements:

• First & Foremost You MUST have a good moral compass
• Work well with others on the belief respect is earned not given
• 3yrs of technical HVAC supervisory role in either Commercial or Residential service
• Solution Driven & Punctual
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
• Experience & aptitude with project planning & preparation
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
• Strong proficiency in Service Titan or similar platform
• Tech savvy or at least Tech teachable
• Clean driving record must be able to pass drug screening & national background check

Compensation:

Base salary of $55K annually with an uncapped 6% commission on all jobs sold

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week. Weekend & evening work may be necessary to meet deliverables and client needs.
