HVAC & Plumbing Operations Manager

KEY DUTIES

• Oversee daily HVAC and plumbing service/installation operations including scheduling dispatching workflow job-site performance quality control and compliance.
• Lead coach and develop field personnel while ensuring exceptional workmanship professionalism customer service and accountability.
• Support estimating equipment/material selection proposals and the development and growth of residential and commercial service agreements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in HVAC plumbing mechanical contracting or a related service/installation environment with strong operational or leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of estimating scheduling service calls customer relations and field operations.
• Excellent leadership communication problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively with ownership office staff technicians and customers.

DETAILS

• $35$45/hour based on experience with future performance-based incentive opportunities tied to the growth of the companys service agreement program.

• MondayFriday 7:00 AM4:00 PM full-time leadership position working directly with ownership and both office and field teams.
