HVAC Lead InstallerJOB DESCRIPTION:At Comfort Systems of Montana were currently on the lookout for an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for our mission to deliver exceptional HVAC services to both commercial and residential clients. As a Journeyman Installer you will lead installations ensuring both electronic and mechanical components meet our high standards of quality and efficiency. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of HVAC systems including the latest in smart home automation and energy-efficient RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Technical Expertise and Organizational Skills: Lead the installation of commercial and residential HVAC systems with precision. Your role involves meticulous planning and execution from ductwork and mechanical components to smart home automation and Communication: Supervise and train 1-2 apprentice team members fostering their development with your strong communication skills. Youll ensure effective team collaboration and project success through clear concise -Solving and Proactive Collaboration: Utilize your analytical skills to quickly address challenges and make informed decisions. Youre expected to be upfront about needing assistance promoting a culture of teamwork and shared Development and Technical Compliance: Keep abreast of industry standards and technology advancements. You should have or be willing to obtain EPA and NATE certifications demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and excellence in the & EXPERIENCE:Educational Background: A high school diploma or GED is : At least two (2) years of experience in the HVAC industry is required to ensure a solid foundation of practical skills and Knowledge & Skills: Candidates must possess in-depth technical knowledge of HVAC systems and the installation process. This includes the ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and HVAC wiring diagrams Drivers License & Clean Record: A valid drivers license with a clean driving record is essential for this role as it may require travel to different job : Candidates must have passed or be willing to obtain the EPA Certification (Universal) as per the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency 608 certification exam/certification requirements.
