Job Summary
Install residential HVAC systems with limited supervision on our team. This role is a strong fit for an installer who can complete routine work accurately solve common field issues and support developing crew members.
Youll work on ducted and ductless heat pumps furnaces water heaters ventilation and related home-performance upgrades.
- Complete routine installations with limited supervision and follow plans and manufacturer instructions.
- Install equipment refrigeration piping drainage duct connections controls and finish components within scope.
- Recognize and correct common quality fit and startup issues; escalate more complex concerns.
- Document work with accurate photos checklists model information and job notes.
- Support Level 1 installers and trainees with safe work habits and standard installation methods.

Requirements
- EPA Section 608 certification or willingness to gain.
- 2 years of residential HVAC installation or comparable Level 1 experience.
- Working knowledge of heat pumps furnaces ductless systems refrigeration piping drainage and low-voltage wiring.
- Ability to work independently on routine tasks and communicate clearly with the crew and customer.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; climb ladders; and work in attics crawlspaces rooftops and changing weather.
- Valid drivers license; sheet-metal plumbing airflow or Spanish skills are a plus.
