Job Summary
Build your HVAC installation skills on a supportive Bend crew. Level 1 installers complete foundational work with routine direction and grow toward greater independence through hands-on training and clear advancement expectations.
Youll support residential HVAC and water-heating installations while taking ownership of safe accurate foundational tasks.
- Prepare and protect jobsites stage materials and support equipment removal and placement.
- Complete assigned line-set condensate pad strapping duct and finish-work tasks.
- Use tools safely and keep the truck work area and materials organized.
- Complete required photos checklists and closeout documentation.
- Learn installation standards and ask for help when a task is outside your current scope.

Requirements
- EPA Section 608 certification or ability to obtain it promptly.
- About 1 year of related field experience HVAC training or demonstrated trainee-level skills.
- Working knowledge of common hand and power tools and jobsite safety.
- Reliability attention to detail and ability to follow plans and direction.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; climb ladders; and work in attics crawlspaces rooftops and changing weather.
- Valid drivers license preferred; basic electrical sheet-metal plumbing or Spanish skills are a plus.
