Youll be partnered with our Lead Installer and hit the ground running installing heating and air equipment like a pro

- Our HVAC Apprentices typically earn between $55000 to north of $90000 per year. Base hourly rate is $17-$22/hr based on experience. install bonuses. We pay flat rate for installs.

Highly skilled technician who demonstrates expertise in HVAC installation and system startup with a strong commitment to customer service precision efficiency and field leadership.
- Assist on installations with confidence and set the standard in the field
- Proficient in ServiceTitan (preferred) documentation and on-site payment collection
- Execute clean code-compliant low and high voltage wiring
- Solid understanding of duct sizing and design principles
- Consistent execution of flawless startups and precision system charging
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and independently
- Install line sets and line hide with professional showroom-quality results
- $17 $22/hour (depending on your proven awesomeness)
- Total Comp: $55K$90K with spiffs bonuses and incentives
