Job Summary

We are currently seeking an HVAC Installation Technician for a direct hire position in Gorham ME.

Pay:$35 - $45 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

Install maintain troubleshoot repair and operate commercial HVAC systems.
Follow all safety policies procedures and utilize required personal protective equipment while performing installation and service work.
Attend required safety training.
Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner while maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
Work overtime and weekends as needed based on project demands.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Commercial HVAC installation and service experience required.
Clean driving record required.
Boiler and steam system experience preferred.

Physical Demands
The employee must be able to regularly walk stand use hands and arms climb balance stoop kneel crouch crawl and lift equipment and materials. The role requires frequent ladder and stairway use as well as the ability to lift and move various weight ranges including up to 50 lbs. frequently 51100 lbs. occasionally and 101 lbs. on rare occasions.
