HVAC Installation Manager

Pay: $60K $80K annually (based on experience) bonus potential

Were seeking an experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead residential HVAC installation operations manage HVAC installation teams and ensure high-quality heating and air conditioning system installations across multiple job sites. What Youll Be Doing:

• Lead schedule and develop the residential HVAC installation team

• Oversee daily HVAC install operations across multiple job sites

• Monitor installation quality safety and performance standards

• Manage hiring training and performance of HVAC installers and install helpers

• Ensure HVAC installations meet local code requirements and company standards

• Coordinate with homeowners inspectors and internal departments to ensure successful HVAC system installations

• Manage scheduling materials trucks and job reporting for the HVAC installation department

• Resolve field issues and support installers with technical guidance

• Oversee facility operations and equipment maintenance

• Support pricing approvals and subcontractor coordination

This role plays a critical part in maintaining the performance and growth of the residential HVAC installation department.

What You Need:

• 6 years of HVAC installation experience or HVAC management experience

• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems including airflow gas piping electrical components and system installation

• Proven leadership experience managing HVAC install teams

• Valid drivers license and knowledge of HVAC code compliance

• Strong communication organizational and reporting skills

• Experience managing job schedules materials and installation crews
