Job Summary


Our client is a respected commercial mechanical contractor serving the Puget Sound region specializing in HVAC design-build projects. They partner directly with building owners developers architects and general contractors to deliver innovative mechanical systems from concept through completion offering a full benefits package to their team members.

As their project portfolio continues to grow our client is seeking an experienced HVAC Design-Build Estimator / Project Manager to take a leading role in driving projects from preconstruction through successful execution. This is a key position that blends technical expertise with client-facing responsibility making it central to the organizations continued growth and success.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare conceptual and detailed HVAC estimates for design-build projects.
  • Review plans specifications and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with owners engineers architects and general contractors during project development.
  • Develop budgets schedules and project execution plans.
  • Manage projects from award through closeout.
  • Oversee subcontractors vendors procurement RFIs submittals and change orders.
  • Monitor project costs schedules and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • 5 years of commercial HVAC estimating project management or design-build experience.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial mechanical systems.
  • Experience with estimating software and project management processes.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
