HVAC Assistant Service Manager

Pay: $90000-$110000 per year

Schedule: Full-time year-round work

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Assistant Service Managerto support our service leadership team and help manage day-to-day operations for our residential HVAC service technicians. This position reports directly to the HVAC Service Manager and plays a key role in ensuring high-quality service strong technician performance and excellent customer experience.

As an HVAC Assistant Service Manager you will assist with managing the service team and supporting the daily operations of the HVAC service department.

• Assist with supervising and developing the HVAC service team including hiring training scheduling and performance management

• Help coordinate technician schedules daily assignments and service priorities

• Support the Service Manager in maintaining efficient operations and high-quality service delivery

• Monitor technician performance workmanship and customer satisfaction

• Ensure materials parts and equipment are ordered and available for scheduled jobs

• Review departmental reports including inventory tools vehicles and service metrics

• Conduct job site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met

• Review payroll records to ensure technicians are properly compensated

• Ensure technicians have the tools equipment and resources needed to complete service calls

• Support dispatch operations to ensure appropriate technician assignment and scheduling

• Vocational training or equivalent HVAC experience

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC service field supervisory experience

• Strong leadership organizational and communication skills

• Excellent analytical skills attention to detail and financial awareness

• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office preferred)

• Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems service operations and technician workflow
