HVAC Apprentice

We are seeking a motivated HVAC Apprentice to join our team on a large-scale commercial new construction project in Arlington VA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to build a long-term career in the HVAC trade while gaining hands-on experience working alongside experienced mechanics and foremen.

Pay and Schedule:

Pay:$30-32 per hour

Schedule:40 hours guaranteed with possible overtime

• Assist HVAC mechanics with the installation of commercial heating ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• Help install ductwork equipment piping and supports according to project specifications.
• Load unload and organize tools materials and equipment.
• Read and follow blueprints drawings and jobsite instructions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and lead mechanics.

• Previous construction or HVAC experience preferred but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the HVAC trade.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work on ladders lifts and scaffolding.
• Strong work ethic punctuality and positive attitude.
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus.
