Human Services Quality Assurance (QA) Compliance Manager

What You Get To Do:

The Quality Assurance (QA) Compliance Manager is part of a dynamic team responsible to ensure that services are delivered in accordance with program design and Dungarvins mission of respecting and responding to the choices of individuals with developmental disabilities. 

• Lead coach mentor the QA staff (3 coordinators)
• Develop and deliver training and mentoring to Dungarvin employees to ensure maximum adherence to regulations policies and procedures
• Assist in quality assessment intervention and enhancement of services and supports.
• Assure that all services provided are of the highest possible quality
• Be involved in the development review and implementation of the plan of improvement if issues are identified.
• Ensure that operational quality processes are maintained through audit/inspection processes identifying service issues and barriers conducting maltreatment investigations and making recommendations for service improvement to operational leadership.
• Provide data review reporting and communication.

Qualifications :

What Makes You A Great Fit:

• Bachelors Degree in a Human Services field
• Two (2) years of experience in a related field
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience
• Must have prior experience working directly with individuals with disabilities 
• Prior experience in project management is preferred. 
• The qualified person will possess excellent decision-making time management research and interpersonal skills.
• Must have proven communication and project management skills; must be independent responsible mature and flexible. 
• Basic computer skills required.
