We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This vital role supports our organizations commitment to fostering a positive compliant and productive work environment by managing a variety of human resources functions and specialized programs. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between employees and management ensuring smooth communication conflict resolution and adherence to all relevant regulations and policies. Key Responsibilities/Summary:
- Support and coordinate various human resource programs across the organization
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations
- Maintain and update internal policies and procedures to reflect current legal and organizational standards
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries providing guidance and support
- Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive workplace culture
- Assist with onboarding orientation and employee engagement initiatives
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and executive leadership as needed
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management review
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in human resources employee relations training or program coordination
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS Paylocity Preferred
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to conflict resolution

- An Associate Degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience or six (6) years of relevant work experience can be used as a substitute for a degree.
- HR related certification is preferred (i.e. safety/OSHA 10-hour human resources/aPHR).
- Successful completion of Emory Valley Centers internal training (e.g. CPR/FA etc.)
- Successful completion of background check covering employment history from age 18 to present
