Performance Objectives
  • Staff rooms culinary beverage and support roles so service holds through peak nights groups and seasonal swings.
  • Cut regrettable turnover among strong performers by coaching leaders and closing the issues that drive exits.
  • Build a ready bench of supervisors so departments run without constant people-team intervention.
  • Run a recruiting experience that attracts hospitality talent already fluent in warmth pace and precision.
  • Keep scheduling wage practices and associate relations fair and compliant across a 201500 person operation.
  • Raise guest-facing performance by tying training to observable service outcomes not attendance alone.
  • Resolve employee relations matters quickly and fairly so the Team stays focused on the guest.


Essential Qualifications
  • HR leadership in a luxury hotel or comparable high-touch hospitality operation. Marriott background highly preferred.
  • A record of hiring and retaining service teams through event-driven and seasonal volume.
  • Hands-on employee relations and labor compliance across multiple departments.
  • Skill coaching department leaders not only processing transactions.
  • A presencewritten and in personthat matches a refined guest experience.
