PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build strong relationships with all stakeholders by learning the business operations and their interests to help drive business and team performance.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to ITW Fluids NA leadership on organizational design leadership effectiveness workforce planning and team engagement.
- Work closely with the HRD local managers & client groups providing expert guidance coaching and support on all HR related matters including talent acquisition and management performance & compensation management workforce planning employee experience employee relations local employment law compliance and disciplinary case support.
- Partner with talent acquisition associate and business leaders to position ITW Fluids NA to attract and retain talent through training & development and reward strategies.
- Further enhance the Divisions recruitment strategy and deliver best practices in recruitment talent selection and onboarding for both exempt and nonexempt roles to accelerate their integration into the ITWs Culture and Business Model.
- Support HRIS Platform (Workday) including reporting and auditing onboarding and offboarding performance tracking etc. with fine attention to detail and accuracy.
- Coordinate payroll system (Dayforce) including running payroll managing pension program sales commissions bonus programs benefits deductions etc. while maintaining necessary reports and records.
- Partner with management on the identification and accelerated development of High Potential employees.
- Support the development and implementation of Diversity & Inclusion strategies including actively promoting and engaging with employee resource groups.
- Develop an understanding of the ITW Business Model with the ability to lead and implement meaningful change based on business unit and division strategic priorities.
- Lead employee relations efforts by interpreting company handbook/policies and finding resolution when investigating personnel concerns.
- Monitor and update company policies and procedures ensuring full legal compliance.
- Support FMLA/Leave of Absence tracking along with the HR Generalist.
- Promote support and adhere to all safety environmental and quality related policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- 4 years of progressive HR experience preferably in manufacturing.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field and/or equivalent professional experience. Masters degree preferred.
- Excellent communication people skills attention to detail organizational skills and aptitude in problem-solving.
- Strategic thought partner with ability to influence cross-functionally.
- Ability to take initiative to complete projects and assignments prioritize workload multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven production environment with a high degree of flexibility.
- Ability to understand interpret develop and communicate company policies and procedures.
- Ability to empathize and defuse sensitive or contentious employee relations issues.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel domestically approximately 30% for facility visits.

We go to market through B2B with a focus on the automotive aviation fabricated metal food processing and machinery manufacturing market segments. Offering a brand portfolio that is well recognized within these industrial channels our premium products address customer pain points and our direct sales team provide expert value-added consulting at the customer level. ITW Fluids NA has 250 employees and 4 manufacturing facilities in: Olathe KS Tucker GA Easton MD and DeWitt IA.

Compensation Information:
The salary for this role is $85000.00 - $115000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
