Human Resources Intern PT

Job Summary:This paid internship will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the Human Resources department. This is a paid internship and entails working 20-29 hours/week. This is an onsite position in our Green Bay Responsibilities:Assist with recruiting activities including coordinating resume responses conducting reference checks when needed and preparation of recruiting materials and job fairs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files records and documentation. Conduct audits as with the benefits programs including 401(k) pension monthly billing reconciliation and create and manage spreadsheets and documents for various projects. Help coordinate company wellness with day-to-day HR administrative needs including coordination of mailings new hire materials filing and other duties as assigned. Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment employee recognition events holiday parties and retirement the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files records and clerical support to the HR other duties as :Undergraduate degree (senior status minimum) in Human Resources degree administrative experience preferred. Ability to handle highly confidential materials with discretion and to work independently and as part of a in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work up to 40 hours/week based on business Demands and Work Environment:Ability to sit for extended periods of to remain in a stationary position for periods of time. Ability to focus on projects for periods of lift and carry up to 25 in a professional office routinely uses standard office equipment.
