Konik is partnering with a local electrical contractor that is seeking an HR Manager. This leadership-level HR role is responsible for building and implementing people strategies that support organizational goals and foster a strong engaged workplace culture. The position oversees all HR functions including employee relations professional development recruitment performance management compensation and benefits and compliance with employment laws.

Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic partner to leadership aligning HR initiatives with business objectives
• 40% talent acquisition: oversee recruiting hiring and onboarding for technicians and electricians
• Manage compensation benefits open enrollment and vendor relationships
• Support employee engagement training and leadership development programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
• Monitor and report on HR metrics retention and KPIs
• Conduct organizational reviews and support compensation audits

Human Resources Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2 years of HR experience
• SHRM certification preferred
• Proven ability to lead HR programs across recruitment development and compliance
• Strong communication problem-solving and organizational skills
• High level of discretion and professionalism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS tools a plus
• Prefer experience in construction electrical construction or a related field
