Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of human resources activities encompassing talent acquisition new hire orientation and employee lifecycle administration.
- Function as the main resource for staff questions concerning organizational policies compensation benefits and internal operational procedures.
- Ensure the maintenance of precise and secure employee files strictly adhering to financial sector standards and applicable legal mandates.
- Lead performance management cycles which includes coordinating review schedules and formally recording employee accomplishments or development needs.
- Organize and support learning and development programs designed to upgrade workforce capabilities and synchronize with strategic business goals.
- Mediate workplace disputes and ensure strict compliance with corporate policies and labor legislation.
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record in Human Resources Generalist positions underpinned by a solid grasp of HR methodologies.
- At least 1-3 years of practical experience in an HR role with a preference for candidates who have worked within the Financial Services domain.
- Comprehensive understanding of employment statutes regulatory frameworks and compliance protocols specific to the finance industry.
- Superior interpersonal and verbal communication capabilities paired with the discretion required to manage confidential data.
