What Youll Do

  • Partner with supervisors and employees on employee relations performance management policies compensation engagement and coaching.

  • Manage leaves of absence and reasonable accommodations providing guidance while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

  • Coach leaders through employee relations matters and develop proactive strategies around engagement retention attendance and performance.

  • Lead HR projects and initiatives including workplace investigations compensation analysis job descriptions training and employee engagement efforts.

  • Use HR data metrics and technology to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.

What Youll Bring

  • Bachelors degree and a minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience.

  • 3-5 years of experience with employee relations leaves of absence reasonable accommodations workers compensation performance management policy interpretation and supervisor coaching.

  • At least 3 years of HRIS experience with applied knowledge of system functionality.

  • Working knowledge of California and federal wage-and-hour and employment laws.

  • Strong judgment critical thinking communication confidentiality and time-management skills.
