Join Our Team as an HR Coordinator!
Are you passionate about people recruiting and creating a great employee experience Were looking for a Bilingual HR Coordinator (Spanish/English) to support our growing team and play a key role in recruiting onboarding employee relations compliance and HR administration. Strong focus on recruiting.
What Youll Do:
- Recruit screen interview and help hire top talent
- Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation
- Assist with performance management and employee retention initiatives
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support exit interviews and employee lifecycle activities
- Serve as backup for payroll processing
- Partner with managers to support workforce needs
HRIS experience (Paylocity preferred)
Knowledge of HR practices employment laws and compliance requirements
Strong recruiting background
Bilingual in Spanish and English (reading writing and speaking) required
