Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary:AO Reed a Legence company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for providing essential HR administrative support ensuring smooth HR operations. This position plays a crucial role in the employee lifecycle and will be involved in various HR functions. If you are a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for HR we encourage you to :Coordinate new hire onboarding activities such as coordinating pre-employment activities preparing paperwork conducting orientation sessions and assisting with benefits accurate and up-to-date employee records ensuring compliance with company policies and employee changes including promotions transfers and terminations in the HRIS for the I-9 & E-Verify process including initial entry audits and background and security checks for employees requiring access to secure project sites. Support HR projects and initiatives such as employee engagement programs and performance management in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and employee inquiries and escalate complex issues to the HR Manager as HR-related reports and presentations for management as compliance with labor laws regulations and company policies in all HR-related confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with :Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred.2 years proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role is with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks communication and interpersonal of state and federal labor laws and HR best to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with level of organizational and problem-solving to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work and collaborative attitude with a focus on teamwork.100% in-office located in San Diego Range: $27.00 - $31.00 per hourWe are unable to provide sponsorship for this position.#LI-SC1 #LI-Onsite
