Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary
The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the HR departments operations by assisting with various HR functions including onboarding employee relations benefits administration payroll and record-keeping. The HR Coordinator acts as a resource for employees providing information and support related to HR policies procedures and processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support for payroll processing including data entry report generation time sheet adjustments and act as a backup for Payroll Manager
- Answer employee questions address concerns and provide general HR support
- Provide information to employees about benefits and pay questions
- Assist with the onboarding process;
- ensure all necessary documents are processed and entered in the HRIS system
- Assist with benefits enrollment changes and terminations
- Assist employees with the completion of forms including but not limited to STD/LTD forms
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records including personnel files and HRIS data.
- Ensure HR practices comply with local state and federal regulations.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department such as scheduling meetings managing files and preparing reports
- Manage temp requests including liaising with staffing agencies handling timecards invoices requests and cancellations
- Proactively discuss process improvements ideas and solutions
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
- Highschool diploma required prefer diploma or degree in Human Resources
- 2 years related experience
- Payroll experience preferred
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- MS Office (excel word Outlook and PowerPoint)

Hours:10:00am - 7:00pm CST (9:00am - 6:00pm MST - 8:00am - 5:00pm PST)
Hourly Rate Range: $25.05 - $29.47
