What youll do
Employee compliance records
- Track and manage employee drivers license vehicle insurance vehicle inspection and registration records watching expiration dates so nothing lapses
- Follow up with employees ahead of deadlines to collect renewed documents and flag missing or expired items to HR leadership
- Keep compliance records accurate complete and ready for audits
Filing and data management
- Scan file and organize documents so records are complete and easy to find
- Compile and maintain files both physical and digital following HR recordkeeping standards
- Enter and update data accurately in HR systems and spreadsheets
HR and office support
- Provide on-site administrative support to the HR department including help with new hire orientations
- Support executives and team members with filing scanning data entry and other administrative tasks
- Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned since responsibilities may shift with daily office needs
What you bring
Education
- Associates degree preferred
Experience and skills
- At least 2 years of related administrative experience
- Required: strong skills in Microsoft Office including Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong organizational written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once while staying detail-oriented and setting clear priorities
- Sound analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with senior leadership
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- A high level of confidentiality and good judgment
