Huntington Beach City School District is seeking a collaborative innovative and highly motivated Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic team and support eight K8 schools. This position works directly to support the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources and serves as a key support role within the Human Resources Department with involvement in recruitment hiring employee support HR operations compliance special projects and the Districts workers compensation program. We are looking for someone who takes initiative exercises sound judgment thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys finding ways to improve processes and support others. Requirements / Qualifications
