KGS need a self-motivated and experienced HR Assistant to support our busy HR department and our new hires. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the employee on-boarding process including sending on-boarding invitations scheduling and conducting new employee orientations and managing a high volume of employment records into our HR database. Essential Functions Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to: Primary point of contact for new hires providing critical support to both candidates and hiring managers during onboarding. Send on-boarding invitations through our HRIS working closely with our recruiters to make sure all new hires have completed the necessary to ensure the timely execution and completion of workflow for each new employee. Ensure timely entry of employees documentation into E-Verify. Plan schedule and conduct new hire orientations and on-boarding activities to ensure a smooth transition into the compliance with all processes and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times. Manage and maintain HR information accurately enter new hire critical information i.e. salary title reporting manager changes to benefits salary integrity of record keeping for all employees. Organize compile update company personnel records and documentation within our HRIS. Perform periodic audits of HRIS files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and saved innovative and creative new ways to onboard new employees/reach a more scalable and measurable onboarding experience. Work collaboratively with all departments in supporting HR programs including recruiting hiring managers IT security and payroll to support process improvements and effectiveness of policy/procedural HR policy guidance and all internal and external HR related Inquiries and other duties as Knowledge Skills Abilities and Experience RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree in human resources or a related field a plus2 years prior human resources experienceExcellent verbal and written communication interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact professionalism and organizational skills and attention to with Microsoft Office Suite or related with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management human resource information system (HRIS) and similar computer Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
