SUMMARY/SCOPE:This job is responsible for making sure patrons can find checkout and return items they are searching for. A large part of this job is customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide customer service to patrons that come into the library including: answering the phone and chat shelving books checking out/discharging items and other duties as assigned.
Must be available for daytime nighttime Saturday and Sunday shifts.
On the job training for special software and laminating services will be provided.
