CONTACT INFORMATION:Amanda Weems at SUMMARY/SCOPE:The College of Arts and Media Student Worker supports theSchool of Music and Departments of Art Communications and Theatre facultyand staff by providing office management for the Dean and tending to theclerical needs of the College of Arts and Media.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Good Customer Service Basic Computer Skills Mail Collection from the University Post office Scanning student IDs for recital credits Other duties as assigned EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Current HSU Studentand Strong Communication Skills PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Some lifting up to 10lbs Ability to sit for several hours ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Professional office setting Christian values friendlyenvironment Businesscasual Attire during work hours Task and detail oriented Complete tasksindependently after instruction
