Work Schedule: Onsite M-F 7:00 to 4:00 (with allowances for special projects and needs of the business)

Reports Directly to: Division HSSE Director

Matrix reports to: Regional Facility Manager

Estimated compensation for this position is: $105000 - $135000 annually

What this job involves:

We are currently seeking a Manager of Health Safety Security and Environment (HSSE) to join our Account team. The HSSE Manager position will be key member of the Account Team and will be the primary point of contact for HSSE requirements and activities for the JLL team members on account. This position will communicate HSSE needs and results to the Account Leadership Team as well as take a hands-on approach in support of the operations team and execution of the HSSE program. The HSSE Manager supports data centers and a strong background in electrical safety and LOTO is required. This position will also maintain documentation describing the HSSE program (playbooks procedures etc.) and records required by JLL regulation and the client.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Safety program leadership: Develop and lead site HSSE training programs using corporate tools; create and manage account training matrix; deliver presentations on safety topics to account employees
• Client relationship management: Build and maintain partnerships with client operations and safety teams to ensure compliance; support rollout of communications and safety culture programs across the account
• Compliance management: Complete hazard/PPE assessments for all locations; create and maintain regulatory compliance registers; ensure adherence to JLL Client Assurance Program (JCAP) and Master Service Agreement requirements
• Document review and oversight: Review site safety documents including MOPs and job plans for compliance; support environmental compliance efforts per Statement of Work specifications
• Incident management: Capture and report accidents injuries and near misses; manage OSHA 301/300 recordkeeping; serve as Account Administrator for JLL CMO Incident Management System
• Investigation and analysis: Lead or support HSSE event investigations; conduct root cause analysis; track implementation of corrective actions; prepare lessons-learned communications across account operations
• Program development and deployment: Support HSSE Americas team in rolling out compliance and best management practices programs; contribute to continuous refinement of JLLs HSSE culture and training initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Associate or Bachelors degree in safety management industrial hygiene environmental science or related field (degree may be waived with 7 years experience or professional HSSE certification)
• Experience: 5 years in HSSE field with relevant professional certifications preferred
• Project management: Proven ability to successfully manage and balance activities across multiple sites simultaneously
• Regulatory knowledge: Broad understanding of environmental safety and occupational health regulations and compliance requirements
• Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with proven track record of delivering effective presentations and training programs
• Interpersonal effectiveness: Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and interface effectively with peers colleagues and clients at all levels
• Problem-solving: Analytical and creative approach to problem-solving with ability to apply intelligent flexibility to diverse situations
