HSE Technician (2nd shift)

Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will have the opportunity to support production process definition to ensure optimization of cost quality and on-time delivery of product. Each day you will participate in the sequence definition cycle time calculation and analysis of the working phases of new production processes/products. You will also showcase your expertise by sharing cycle time data with internal teams.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions in Selmer TN.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Safety documentation management - Completes all required paperwork (inspections permits incidents compliance records) with accurate auditready detail.

• Emergency response readiness - Acts as the primary onshift responder for medical events chemical releases fire alarms and other emergencies; coordinates with Security Supervisors and external responders.

• First aid & medical support - Provides immediate first aid and maintains readiness of firstaid supplies AEDs and emergency equipment.

• Shift safety oversight - Monitors 2ndshift operations for unsafe conditions or procedural deviations and supports supervisors in enforcing corrective actions.

• Training & onboarding support - Assists with safety training for new hires contractors and crossshift personnel; reinforces PPE use and emergency procedures.

• Facility wide support - Verifies safety controls continually working LOTO steps utilized and hazard mitigation during ongoing operations.

• Communication & reporting - Communicates key safety issues to leadership; escalates urgent matters and provides clear shiftend updates.

Qualifications for the role

• High School Diploma required.

• Experience in medical field or HSE background preferred (EMTlevel skill; able to provide confident first aid and support emergency response).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrates honesty accountability and trustworthiness in all safety and documentation activities.

• Candidates must already have work authorization in the US.
