Customer Service RepresentativeThe salary for this role is $14.00 per hour*This role is Atlanta GA Metro area RemoteThis position is for the evening shift 10am-7pmHSC Customer Service Associate Youll never be bored in this role Functions as a customer service-oriented salesperson. Processes modifies and updates customer information and escalates complaints through communication channels. Successful employees must be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience of working with computers. Requires multi-tasking abilities by taking sales calls and customer service-related calls the ability to analyze problems that arise online collecting necessary information to assist customers and strong knowledge of the applications and tools used to assist customers.
