Job Summary

Main Duties & Responsibilities Primary Job Role Work Location: This position is fully in-office and is not eligible for remote or hybrid work. Administer and optimize UKG Pro iCIMS LMS and other HR technology platforms to support HR Talent Acquisition Learning and business operations. Develop and analyze HR metrics dashboards and reports to provide actionable workforce insights for leadership. Manage system security workflows role-based access integrations and employee/manager self-service functionality. Partner with HR Payroll IT and business leaders to troubleshoot issues improve processes and enhance system performance. Lead HRIS projects including system implementations upgrades testing and process automation initiatives. Facilitate requirements gathering process reviews and solution design to support organizational goals and continuous improvement. Develop and deliver end-user training documentation and change management initiatives to drive adoption and effectiveness. Monitor industry trends and recommend technology enhancements that improve efficiency compliance and the employee experience. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Education and Experience Formal Education Bachelors Degree in a related area of study Experience 7 or more years Required / Credentials Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers. Experience with HR data reporting auditing and system troubleshooting. Proficiency in HRIS platforms and related modules (employee data benefits recruiting payroll interfaces) Strong knowledge of data management reporting tools and analytics (e.g. Excel Power BI Tableau) Familiarity with system integrations and file transfer processes (APIs EDI SFTP) Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP data validation) Not Required but Highly Desired Criteria HR certification (PHR SPHR SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP) HRIS or systems certification (e.g. Workday Pro UKG certification) Data analytics or project management certifications (e.g. PMP Lean Six Sigma or similar) Updating of Knowledge Job requirements frequently change requiring re-training once or more per year.
