They want atechnicalPMwho can own the endtoend HR systems and applications portfolioincluding SAPSuccessFactorsand custom-built HR solutions ensuring alignment with enterprise HR transformation objectives.

Must have lead 2-5 implementations that would be ideal

12 years of HR technology experience including 3-5 years leading enterprise teamsin HR systems HRIS or HR transformation roles.

Deep handson experience with SAPSuccessFactorsacross multiple modules; experience supporting or governing custom HR applications strongly preferred.

Proven leadership of large-scale HR system implementations and transformations from concept through stabilization.

Partner with HR COEs to translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions across the employee lifecycle (Core HR Talent Learning Recruiting Compensation Workforce Management) and making sure they feel supported.

Manage strategic relationships with IT system integrators and SaaS vendors holding partners accountable to SLAs delivery quality and business outcomes.

Coach and influence senior HR and business leaders serving as a trusted advisor on HR technology and transformation decisions.
