AtLighthouse Youth & Family Services were looking for an enthusiasticHR Specialist - Recruiterto help us attract engage and hire exceptional talent who are passionate about making a Youll Be Doing

As our recruiting superstar youll:

Find amazing candidates through job boards networking referrals social media and creative sourcing strategies.

Manage the full hiring journey from posting jobs and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers.

Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and develop winning recruiting strategies.

Create an outstanding candidate experience that leaves applicants feeling valued and informed.

Build talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.

Track recruiting metrics and help us continuously improve our hiring process.

Support onboarding and other HR initiatives to ensure new team members get off to a great start.

Keep our ATS and HR systems organized accurate and up to date.

You might be our ideal candidate if you:

Have 3 years of recruiting and/or HR experience.

Enjoy talking to people and building relationships.

Can balance multiple openings deadlines and priorities.

Have experience using an ATS HRIS LinkedIn and other recruiting tools.

Understand employment laws and recruiting best practices.

Are organized proactive and detail-oriented.

Love solving problems and finding creative ways to attract talent.

• SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP PHR or similar certification
• Experience with high-volume recruiting
• Strong sourcing and talent pipeline development skills
• Experience with recruiting analytics and reporting
