Key Responsibilities:
- Looking for someone highly experienced in LOA (Leave of Absence) and ADA/Reasonable Accommodation administration.
- Strong communication and real-time responsiveness are important.
- Candidate should be comfortable monitoring and responding to:
- Leave of Absence inbox
- Reasonable Accommodation inbox
- Must communicate professionally with employees and HR VPs including proper grammar and appropriate responses.
- 5 years of relevant experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelors degree listed but candidates without a degree may be considered if they have strong relevant experience.
- LOA and ADA/Reasonable Accommodation experience are both required.
- Industry background is flexible; healthcare experience is acceptable if the candidate has strong LOA/ADA experience.
- Certifications are a plus.
- HCM/HRS platform experience required but specific systems are not mandatory.
- Experience with comparable systems such as SAP SuccessFactors PeopleSoft or other HCM platforms is acceptable
