Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator and will play a key role in supporting our recruitment processes ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and updates.
Assist in screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
Support recruitment events and job fairs as needed.
Collaborate with HR team members to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management review.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as a Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases. Currently using Paycor Recruiting
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws is a plus.
2-5 years working in HR with recruitment comfort

Education

Associates degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred.
