HR Midstream Recruiter
Location: San Antonio XT or Findlay OH
Duration: 6 months to begin with the potential to extend

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Manages end-to-end recruitment including candidate sourcing screening assessment presentation debriefing offer negotiation and ensuring a positive experience.
- Establishes and nurtures strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders providing a consultative approach and representing the companys values
- Performs effective recruitment strategies using various recruiting methods to attract diverse candidates.
- Assess candidates through resume screening and phone interviews to evaluate their qualifications skills and fit for specific roles.
- Manages timely communication and engagement throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintains current and accurate applicant record information and data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System ensuring compliance data privacy and confidentiality requirements.
- Monitors recruitment metrics and performance indicators to drive a positive stakeholder experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
- 4 years of full life cycle Talent Acquisition experience required
- Experience with Workday ATS system preferred
- Experience in petroleum utilities manufacturing or related fields preferred
- Experience supporting high volume roles preferred
