HR Intern

We are looking for driven college students ready to dive into the world of commercial construction. This individual will be detail oriented and highly organized as they will support functions across payroll human resources talent sourcing training and development.

What Youll Do

• Support the processing coordination and delivery of training programs employee rewards and company policies that promote a stronger more effective workplace
• Assist with documentation tracking
• Collaborate on a cross-functional project with interns and leaders across departments
• Participate in company initiatives committees and continuing education
  
  

What Were Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Human Resources or related program
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willing to learn ask questions and contribute meaningfully
• Ability to work independently while still contributing and collaborating in a team
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work on-site
• Valid Drivers License and Satisfactory Driving Record
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Commitment from May August (Summer 2027).
